While we bet you were thinking that this would be some huge page filled with legal mumbo jumbo, it isn't. Our privacy policy is very simple:
Any personal data that you tell us is used for your account, and to personalize your experience on our site. We will not sell it, distribute it, license it, or in any other way allow other companies to view your personal data.
If someone buys SavedMemories.com, you will be given the option of keeping your account, in which case your registration data will become part of the company that buys us. We will *not* give your data to a company who buys us unless you so that it's ok.
Our use of cookies: if you select "remember me" when you log on, we will set a cookie so that we can recognize you when you come back to the site. We set a cookie to keep track of which photo folder you currently have open, also. We don't use cookies for any other reason.
Your photo albums and pictures are yours. You own them. We do not. We will never sell or distribute or otherwise license your photos or albums.
We make every attempt to make sure that the only people who can access your photo albums are those to whom you gave permission. Each page of our site has complex authentication code to make sure that your pages are secure. Having said that, your pictures, at the end of the day, are addressed by a URL. If someone knows the url to get to one of their photos, they can do so without going through our site. This is the same as with any other photo album site on the web. So, while we are sure that your albums will only be viewed by people you want, we suggest that you be careful what types of photos you publish on the web in general.
Private photo Albums can only be viewed by users who you invite to share your album. No one else has access to them. If you create a Public album, anyone with the URL has access to it.
